Alan has great relationships with many solicitors, valuers, accountants, builders, property managers and real estate agents all around the Bay of Plenty, which makes coordinating the whole process much more simple and efficient for you.

Alan first joined Tauranga Mortgage Brokers in 2015, having spent more than 20 years as a lending specialist in major New Zealand banks. This experience is invaluable in helping clients gain approval for their loans.  He has helped thousands of people with their financial needs and particularly enjoys being able to offer unbiased advice using a wide range of solutions from different lenders.
